WARRANTY
Here at Killerrigs.com, we work hard to bring you quality service as quickly as possible. Our warranty, if purchased, is provided to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve major and minor issues that may arise. Here at Killerrigs we are gamers ourselves, and understand the importance of having each part functioning constantly at its full potential. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a warranty to parts that have been misused or mistreated. Reasons to be denied an RMA or replacement part are as follows:
Overclocking - Included but is not limited to, increases in voltage, shader clocks, memory clocks, and GPU clocks. Any overclock on the CPU, including but not limited to voltage overclocks and front side bus overclocks, voids the entire warranty, including but not limited to video cards, hard drives, memory, CPUs, etcetera.
Physical Damage - Any rig that is received with apparent physical damage to any component in the PC will immediately be denied and sent back to the customer. Physical damage may include apparent damage such as bent or broken parts.
Acts of God - We reserve the right to deny an RMA due to damages induced by various natural acts, including but not limited to, floods, power surges, tornados, etcetera.
Expired Warranty - Our warranty covers a 1 year time period in which, the end user has time to use their product and experience any issues that may occur. If you have purchased a warranty the 1 year policy does not apply to you until your warranty period runs out.
Here at Killerrigs, we provide a service, in ordering and assembling rigs. We rely on the approval of manufacturers to have a successful RMA. If a customer’s case follows our warranty guidelines, we will pay for shipping.
If your warranty has expired or is void, we encourage our customers to contact the manufacturer of the part that is malfunctioning, as many times, their warranty conditions vary from ours. We thank you for your patronage, and we hope that each rig that we sell works flawlessly.
UPGRADES
Don’t feel comfortable upgrading your rig yourself? Killerrigs will upgrade your rig for you! You must pay for shipping both ways, and also pay a small labor fee. You will need to contact us before you ship out your rig, checkout the Contact Us page for more info.
RETURNS
Returns are acceptable within a 15 day period which starts the day the computer is shipped. All of the components, manuals, and software must be returned. The refund is only for the sale amount of the rig, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted for the sale amount of the computer.
